what is the best air purifier for med/large rooms?

I’m looking to help my seasonal allergies with an air purifier. I’m looking for the best and most silent air purifier for the job!

I use and recommend AirSource 3000. It cleans the air by reducing all three of the major forms of air pollution: odors, microbes, and particulate matter. The photohydroionization process reduces airborne bacteria and mold as well as gases and odors. The electron generation process reduces airborne particles such as animal dander, dust, and pollen. There’s no maintenance except an annual change of the photohydroionization module and has a quiet operation system.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

The best home air purifier is made by a company called IQAir.
The machines are the only one permitted to be used by the HongKong government in hospitals during the bird flu epidemic.

The cost may be prohibitive though. It’s around $700-$900.

Another brand that’s as effective but is much cheaper is the Alen air purifiers. The high end Alen machines are around $500. For a smaller room, (under 250ft), it’s around $250
